Getting Ready Project Intern

The Getting Ready Project seeks to empower young people by enhancing their knowledge and understanding of their rights and entitlements when planning to leave care. A key aspect of the project has been the creation of resources that have a focus on building young people’s financial capability, along with the delivery of accompanying workshops to young people and professionals.

Criteria:

· Age range 18 to 22
· Lived experience of care
· Awareness of the Getting Ready Project
· Desired engagement with Voices From Care, Children In Wales or similar organisations
· Confident with IT packages
