At this webinar delegates heard about the ‘Parents Connect Wales’ project, funded by Welsh Government and currently being undertaken by Children in Wales. The project is working towards developing a Wales-wide platform for gathering parents' views, that would lead to more meaningful participation in the form of co-production. The webinar also highlighted the importance of parent participation and empowerment. It showcased some of the exciting work already taking place across Wales, including real life stories of the journey that parents have taken to ‘have a say’ and become more involved in promoting the rights of their children.
