Children in Wales provides information about job vacancies available in the children’s sector in Wales. The vacancies on this page are displayed in the language in which they are submitted to Children in Wales.
This year we are pleased to announce that we will be again holding our Annual General Meeting (AGM) as part of our Young Wales Summit. This will give members the chance to join in some of the celebrations at the Summit and to hear our young volunteers describe the work and activities they’ve engaged with over the year.
We hope that you will be able to join us in person on Saturday, 15 November. Details of timings and how to join the meeting will be sent in due course. If you can’t attend in person there will be an opportunity to join us for the AGM online.
Call for Nominations
We are also calling out for new Trustees to join us and take up places from the AGM. This year there are three places available for election.
We are extremely grateful for the support and guidance that the Trustees provide for our organisation and it is important that our Trustee Board reflects the broad membership of Children in Wales. You can self-nominate or nominate another individual with their permission. You can find a link below to the nomination form and a guidance note which provides further information about becoming a Trustee, but if you have any queries please do not hesitate to get in touch. All of our Trustees must either be a member of Children in Wales or join as a new member.
The deadline for receipt of nominations is 28 September 2025. If you are interested in becoming a Trustee, either myself or the Chair would welcome the chance to have a chat and answer any questions you may have, so please do get in touch.
I look forward to seeing you at the AGM.
