At this webinar, delegates heard from a variety of professionals from the third, health and statutory sectors around how parents' and families' needs are supported in this modern world.
Anna Westall of Children in Wales provided a summary of the important role parents play in supporting and defending children’s rights, followed by the Nuffield Foundation who presented the findings from their recent publication Time for Parents. Kim Jones of Cardiff and Vale UHB then covered the mental health of fathers in the perinatal period, and the webinar concluded with Gareth Rossiter and Tania Hayward, who presented on the work that their Dads Workers provide across the borough of Blaenau Gwent.
