Learners – This is an opportunity to consolidate your learning following a training event. You will be required to undertake some independent work following the taught element of the course in order to gain formal recognition of the knowledge, skills and understanding that you have gained. You will have support and feedback from an assessor competent in the relevant topic area. You will receive a certificate that is quality assured through an external awarding body to help support your continuing professional development CPD.
Employers – Will have the confidence that the training that they are sending their staff on is quality assured, and that following the completion of an assessed piece of work their staff will have achieved a number of credits at specified levels recognised throughout the UK. The formal certificates can be used to provide evidence to regulators, commissioners and funders of your organisations commitment to staff development and quality assured standards.
