Tackling child poverty remains a priority for the Welsh Government, many of the levers for change lie with the UK Government. However, there is action to be taken in Wales to improve the day to day lives of and outcomes for children and young people living in poverty.
Welsh Government are calling on all key partners across Wales to mobilise, strengthening the impact of collective efforts by working together towards a common goal. As part of this work Welsh Government are refreshing the Child poverty strategy for Wales: report | GOV.WALES 2015.
This is the first phase of engagement work, where we are asking professionals and organisations to provide their views and expertise.
