This is the response from Children in Wales to Welsh Government’s consultation on the Regulations and code of practice in relation to Part 6 of the Act, on Looked after and Accommodated Children which was held between May and July 2015.

The consultation offered stakeholders across Wales the opportunity to input their views on the regulations and code of practice that will govern the delivery requirements for the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.
