Children in Wales issued a response to the Welsh Government consultation on the new curriculum for Wales.

In our response, we supported calls for human rights education to be incorporated into the curriculum and school environment. We agreed that the Welsh Government should impose a duty on schools and Funded Nursery Settings to provide a curriculum to help most learners to reach or go beyond the Achievement Outcomes set by the school. We also agreed that age-appropriate careers education and Relationships and Sex Education should be incorporated into the curriculum.
