A guide to handling complaints and representations by local authority social services, 01/08/14 [W]


The Welsh Government has produced guidance for local authorities on dealing with social services complaints and representations.

A new system came into force on 1 August, following reforms to social services in Wales. Local authorities are required to have a process in place for dealing with complaints and representations, in English and Welsh.

The guidance is available for download from the Welsh Government website.
