Children’s Society responds to UK Government’s Online Harms White Paper
The Children’s Society has responded to the UK Government’s white paper on Online Harms.
The Online Harms White Paper proposes internet safety measures and the establishment of a watchdog to oversee the industry’s compliance with new rules.
The Children’s Society welcome the government’s proposal bring new law, and expressed a hope that any revenues collected from fines would be used to fund support for victims and initiatives that keep young people safe online.
