A one day course

This course has been designed to provide participants with a clear & comprehensive understanding of well-being and stress within their working environment. Participants will have the opportunity to clarify their current level of well-being and stress at work. Practical exercises will be used to enable participants to develop their own “toolbox” of strategies and methods to maintain their own well-being at work. Not only will participants become better equipped to monitor their own well-being and stress at work; they will also be able to identify the signs in those around them that could indicate unhealthy levels of stress at work.

Course aims:
This one-day workshop focuses on the themes of well-being, pressure and stress in the workplace. Beginning with an exploration of stress, what it is, the causes of stress and how we recognise it in ourselves and others. Then, introducing the subject of well-being including how it relates to resilience and minimising the negative impact of stress.
