The Children in Wales Library

Children in Wales has a comprehensive information resource on children and young people housed at Children in Wales’ offices in Cardiff and Caernarfon. We also send out regular mailings to our members to keep them up to date with the latest research and events in Wales.

The library holds:

  • collections of Welsh Assembly Government and UK Government documents and reports;
  • general books and research covering: education, special needs, health, children in care, poverty, child abuse, family, early years and many others;
  • a comprehensive collection of journals on children's issues;
  • statistical digests;
  • news on events -conferences, seminars and workshops;

Visits to the library can be made by appointment. Library visits are restricted to members of Children in Wales, but a library membership of £10 per year is available on request.
