In its meeting of 20 October 2009, the Children and Young People Committee heard evidence as part of its inquiry into arrangements for the placement of children and young people into care in Wales.

The Committee heard from representatives of The Adolescent and Children’s Trust, the WLGA, CSSIW and the Association of Directors for Social Services Cymru.
