In its meeting of 9 June 2009, the Children and Young People Committee heard evidence as part of its inquiry into arrangements for the placement of children and young people into care in Wales.

The Committee heard from Dr Heather Payne, Associate Dean, University of Cardiff on health services for looked after children.
