Regulations have been passed by the National Assembly for Wales that set out how shops can display the prices of cigarettes and tobacco products, without advertising them.
The Tobacco Advertising and Promotion (Displays of Prices) Regulations 2012 is the last a series of measures to be passed, that aim to reduce the number of children who take up smoking in Wales.
Regulations were brought in earlier this year to ban the advertising of tobacco. This means that supermarkets will have to remove tobacco products from display by December of this year, while smaller shops will have to comply by April 2015.
