Subordinate Legislation affecting Wales is passed both by Ministers in the Welsh Assembly Government and by Ministers of the UK Government. Prior to the enforcement of the Government of Wales Act 2006 in May 2007, the National Assembly for Wales also made subordinate legislation relating to Wales.
