Legislative Competence Order: Domestic Fire Safety

Progress of the LCO on domestic fire safety.

Ann Jones AM has won the first ballot to be given the chance to seek to obtain a Legislative Competence Order on Domestic Fire Safety. The LCO would seek to ensure that all new build housing in Wales is fitted with automatic fire sprinklers systems.
