    • 13/05/08 Revised LCO laid. Secretary of State refers the revised LCO to Parliament for scrutiny
    • 22/05/08 WAC call for evidence
    • 06/06/08 WAC call for evidence closed
    • 23/06/08 WAC meeting
    • 14/10/08 WAC report published
    • 03/02/09 Government response to the WAC report published
    • 09/03/09 Joint Committee on Statutory Instruments reported on the draft Order
