Food Products (Marketing to Children) Bill, 02/04/08 [W/E/NI/S]

This is a Private Members Bill introduced by Nigel Griffiths MP, which would ban the marketing of unhealthy food and drink and their brands to children and young people and introduce a 9pm watershed for the advertisement of such products on broadcast media.
