UK Borders Act 2007, 7/11/07 [W/E/NI/S]

The UK Borders Act 2007 gained royal assent on 30 October.

Amongst other measures, the Act gives the government powers to demand that unaccompanied asylum seekers under 18 report daily or weekly to an immigration officer, as well as an option to impose curfews.

The Act can be downloaded from the Office of Public Sector Information website.
