Serious Crime Act 2007, 01/11/07 [W/E]

The Serious Crime Act 2007 gained royal assent on 30 October 2007.

The bill has a number of measures designed to improve the processes used by police and other authorities to identify, find, arrest and prosecute serious offenders.

The Act can be downloaded from the Office of Public Sector Information website.
