Applications For Student Finance, Tuition Fee Loans And Tuition Fee Grants Awarded In Wales - Update, Month Ending May 2009, 11/06/09 [W]

The latest statistics on applications for student finance, tuition fee loans and tuition fee grants awarded, produced by the Student Loans Company.

The key points from the latest release are:

  • In the 2009/10 academic year to date, a total of 23,220 applications had been received for student support in Wales.
  • 18,600 applications had been received for tuition fee loans; 14,050 students had been awarded a tuition fee grant.
