Impact of family breakdown on children's well-being: evidence review, 25/06/09 [W/E/NI/S]

The review, by the Thomas Coram Research Unit/Institute of Education, addressed the process of family breakdown and its impact on children’s well-being and how different factors operate to increase or limit the risk of adverse outcomes.

The factors which appear to optimise positive outcomes for parents and children were also covered.

The report is available to download from the Department for Children, Schools and Families website.
