Circular 39/2006: Guidance for school governing bodies on procedures for complaints involving pupils, October 2006, [W]

This document contains guidance for school governing bodies and headteachers on establishing procedures for dealing with complaints in which pupils are involved as complainants, witnesses or as the subject of a complaint. The guidance is supplementary to that issued by the Welsh Assembly Government to governing bodies in Circular 03/2004 ’School Governing Body Complaints Procedures’.
