This document details the arrangements for the Social Care Workforce Development Programme(SCWDP) for personal social services. As well as inviting local authorities to apply for the grant on behalf of their Social Care Workforce Development Partnership it sets out the targets that Local Authorities must meet in order to receive the grant.
