Respecting Others: Anti Bullying Guidance, National Assembly for Wales Circular 23/2003, 22/9/03 [W]
This guidance was published by the Welsh Assembly Government following consultation in February 2003. It is intended to be a source of information for those involved in tackling bullying in schools. It offers direct practical solutions to both prevention and to dealing with incidents of bullying and gives the legal background and an explanation of the roles of all involved in preventing and dealing with bullying.

Copies of the Circular are available from the Welsh Assembly Government website.
