This document, produced by the Welsh Assembly Government, is a guide to the Welsh Assembly Government’s new Model for Delivering Advocacy Services to Children and Young People in Wales.

It sets out the purpose of the Model and what is required in preparation for new Measures, Regulations and Directions to be in place in 2010 which will reinforce the legal framework for the Model. 

Statutory Guidance will be produced at this time to support partners in implementing the Model.  This will include guidance on commissioning.
