Gwenda Thomas, Deputy Minister for Social Services, has issued a written statement to announce a review of the family justice system in England and Wales.
The statement explains that the review will be conducted by a panel, comprising four representatives independent of UK and devolved Government and senior representatives from the Ministry of Justice, Department for Children, Schools and Families, and the Welsh Assembly Government.
