Jane Hutt, Minister for Children, Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills has issued a written statement on the Proposed Education (Wales) Measure.
The Measure was laid before the National Assembly for Wales on the 27 April 2009.
This Measure will provide rights for children and young people to make special educational needs (SEN) appeals and claims of disability discrimination to the SEN Tribunal for Wales.
