Jane Hutt, Minister for Children, Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills has issued a written statement on the delays in paying some students their Education Maintenance Allowance.

The statement says that all backlogged applications were cleared by 26th November and that all new applications received since then have been processed within a few days.
