The Welsh Assembly Government has published a new guide containing advice to help people and families deal with the impacts of the recession.
The guide provides details of organisations offering support and other initiatives on money, work, health and well being, and, lifestyle.
Among other things it covers information about credit unions, benefits, the ReAct programme, mental health, free swimming and volunteering.
The guide is available to download from the Welsh Assembly Government website and will also be available in print shortly in local communities including at GP surgeries, Citizen’s Advice Bureaux and community centres.
