The Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) has published a new training resource that helps people working in social care to understand the link between poverty, parenting and social exclusion.

The NSPCC has produced two training packs for professionals working with children who live with parental substance misuse.

This booklet contains advice and guidance for young people with Down’s syndrome to help them lead full lives after they leave school. It is written in a straightforward style and includes summaries for the young people, their families and friends to discuss together.
Council of Europe: Abolishing Corporate Punishment of Children, 15/02/08 [W/E/NI/S]
As part of its campaign against the corporal punishment of children, the Council of Europe has produced an information leaflet and a handbook.
International Child Abduction Leaflet, 14/09/07 [W/E/NI/S]
