Reducing the proportion of young people not in education, employment or training in Wales, 12/05/08 [W]

Consultation ends 11/08/08

The Welsh Assembly Government is consulting on proposals to reduce the number of young people not in education, employment or training (NEET) in Wales.

It is part of a series of themed papers which address skills issues identified in Skills that Work for Wales, the draft skills and employment strategy. The paper also relates to the draft Learning and Skills (Wales) Measure (2008).

The consultation paper is based on three strands of activity: the right systems, the right provision and the right support.

The consultation document can be downloaded from the Welsh Assembly Government website.
