Fining policy of the Welsh Ministers, 09/01/12 [W]

The Welsh Government is consulting on proposals to introduce a fining policy against awarding organisations which breach their conditions of recognition, under new powers for regulation of qualifications provided for in the Education Act 2011.

The consultation will run until 01/04/2012.
