The Welsh Assembly Government is consulting on the draft proposals for the Assembly Learning Grant (Further Education) Regulations 2010.
The Assembly is required to enact the appropriate secondary legislation in the form of Assembly Learning Grants (Further Education) (Wales) Regulations for the 2010/11 academic year. As part of general public consultation, the Assembly is seeking views on the proposed Regulation.
