Consultation ends: 02/04/10

The Welsh Assembly Government is consulting on the way that health organisations deal with people’s concerns about the health service.

The document sets out the changes the Welsh Assembly Government intends to make to ensure that process is easy to access and people are able to get help and support to raise their concerns.
