Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008: Consultation on provisions relating to arrears and debt management, 29/06/09 [W/E]

The Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission is currently consulting on the implementation of two provisions (Section 31 and Section 38) relating to arrears and debt management in the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008.

The two areas covered are offsetting and recovery of arrears from deceased's estates.
