This is a consultation about the draft School Funding (Wales) Regulations 2009. The regulations will amalgamate and replace current school funding regulations made under the School Standards and Framework Act 1998. The Welsh Assembly Government proposes to make the regulations by 31 March 2009 with changes coming into effect for the financial year 2010-11.
