ISA Scheme Consultation Document, 02/06/08 [W/E/NI/S]

The UK Government has published its response to the recent consultation on the Independent Safeguarding Authority scheme for vetting and barring those who wish to work with children or vulnerable adults. It includes clarification for: businesses that employ children; mixed-age educational settings; and referrals from and to employers about concerns.

The response can be downloaded from the Department for Children, Schools and Families website.
