The Care Council for Wales has published a summary report of the responses it received during its consultation on involving service users and carers in its work. The report focuses on Key messages about the principles and standards and how to best engage service users and carers; messages from the consultation process and partnership approach and changes the care Council intends to make as a result of the consultation exercise.
