Evaluability assessment of Families First, 09/05/17 [W]

09.05.17

The Welsh Government has examined how the Families First programme can be evaluated and what could be changed in order to make evaluation easier.

Currently, it is possible to find research findings about stakeholder’s attitudes towards Families First, how it is implemented and the quality, whether the design is fit for purpose. The report covers what additional data could be collected in order to make evaluation of Families First more robust. With further data collection it suggests that more information could be collected on the level of engagement with Families First, the long term impacts of Families First and the interactions between different aspects of Families First services.
