Implications of the European Union (Withdrawal) Bill and its implication for Wales

This is Children in Wales’ response to the Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee and the External Affairs and Additional Legislation Committee joint consultation on the implications of the European Union (Withdrawal) Bill and its implication for Wales.

The consultation ran from 24 July 2017 to 4 September 2017.

The consultation sought views on the proposed European Union (Withdrawal) Bill and its implications for devolution, the delegation of powers and the scrutiny of new legislation, given the constitutional changes it may make.
