The children’s charity, Children in Wales is co-hosting a major international conference in Cardiff at the end of September for experts from across the world.

The conference, WorldForum 2008 will consider the important issue of ‘Early Intervention and Prevention’ and will include an opening address from First Minister, Rhodri Morgan. It is expected that over 400 delegates from across the world will come together to share ideas and research about the benefits of intervening early when children have problems. There will be a unique opportunity for those working within the sector in Wales to showcase Welsh initiatives in this area.
