Welsh Government draft budget, 21/09/11 [W]

The Welsh Government is now finalising this year’s Draft Budget.

The Draft Budget will detail plans of how the Welsh Government will spend money allocated by the UK Government. These plans will then be laid before the National Assembly for Wales and scrutinised by Committees, then debated in Plenary before being formally approved.

The Welsh Government’s budget pays for devolved public services in Wales including health, education, and a large number of council services.The Draft Budget will be published on 4 October, with the Final Budget presented to the National Assembly for Wales in December.
