Rights of the Child UK (ROCK) Annual Conference

This year’s annual Rights of the Child UK (ROCK) conference will be taking place on 03 November 2017, in Edinburgh.

The conference is open to all those with an interesting in furthering children’s rights across the UK.

It will explore the use of law to implement the United Nations Convention of the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), as well as the developments in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

It will look at threats to existing legal protections, like Brexit and the potential repeal of the Human Rights Act, as well as opportunities to further legal protections in Wales, England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland and at the UK level.
