Inquiry to scrutinise Learning and Skills (Wales) Measure, 11/11/11 [W]

The Children and Young People Committee of the National Assembly for Wales is seeking views from young people on how they are benefiting from the Welsh Government’s Learning and Skills (Wales) Measure.

The Measure was passed in 2009, aiming to give young people more choice in the subjects they study from the age of 14, and with the intention that 95% of young people will be ready for skilled work or Higher Education by 2015.

This inquiry will investigate to what extent these aims have been met by the Welsh Government and to find out any difficulties being faced.

An online survey for young people and consultation questions for the inqury are available on the National Assembly for Wales website.
