First Minister holds British-Irish Council Summit to discuss Brexit, 22/07/16 [W]

The First Minister of Wales, Carwyn Jones, called the extraordinary meeting to discuss the outcome of the EU Referendum.

The Summit will consider the implications of Brexit for the Council and its members and will be attended by leaders and Ministers from the eight BIC member administrations. The UK and Irish Governments, the governments of Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man and the devolved administrations of Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales will also be in attendance.
