Children, Young People and Education Committee launches follow-up work to their inquiry into Youth Work [W] 16/03/2018

The Children, Young People and Education Committee at the National Assembly for Wales published their inquiry into Youth Work, ‘What type of youth service does Wales want?’ in December 2016.

They have now announced that they will undertake follow up work to establish whether the work undertaken since their report’s publication has made a difference to those delivering youth work/services.

The Committee is currently consulting with key stakeholders to discuss the progress on implementing the recommendations that they made in their report.

You can read more about the previous inquiry and the plans for the current inquiry at the National Assembly for Wales’ site, here.

You can download the consultation letter from chair of the committee, Lynne Neagle AM, here, and the response proforma, here.

Responses must be received by 13 April 2018.
