Big Friendly Read launch Summer Reading Challenge, 28/07/16 [W]

Libraries celebrating 100 years of Roald Dahl are encouraging children to take part in the Big Friendly Read.

The Summer Reading Challenge is a free event organised by the Reading Agency charity and public libraries across the UK. The scheme is aimed at children aged 4-11 who are encouraged to read six or more library books of their choice during the summer holidays. The children can collect incentives and rewards for taking part, and those who complete the challenging will receiving a certificate or medal.
