Advocacy services regulations, 31/07/18 [W]

The Welsh Government is consulting on plans to regulate some advocacy services, as part of implementation of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016.

The intention is to place a set of generic requirements upon providers of all ‘regulated services’ under the 2016 Act, including care services, secure accommodation for children, residential family services and domiciliary support services.

Children in Wales is preparing a response to this consultation and would like your input.
